Mekong Press is an initiative of Silkworm Books, an independent press based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Silkworm Books was founded in 1989 by its publisher and director, Trasvin Jittidecharak. With fifteen years experience in book production, marketing and distribution in the region and internationally, the press is eager to share its knowledge and network with other emerging publishers in the Mekong region.
