Getting There
Transportation to Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre (SAC)
By car From Bangkok side of the river at the Krung Thon Bridge, cross over the bridge and drive straight along Sirindhorn Road. Cross over the Chran-Snitwong and Sirindhorn intersection. Pass Tang Hua Seng Department Store. Go across the next bridge onto Baromarachachonani Road, make a left at the first exit (look for “Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre 500 metres” sign). SAC is on the left-hand side.
By car From Bangkok side of the river at the Pinklao Bridge, cross over the bridge and drive straight along Baromarachachonani Road (but do not go up the elevated ramp). Cross over the Charan-Snitwong and Baromarachachonani intersection. Pass the Southern Bus Terminal. Once you cross over the next bridge, make a left at the first exit (look for “Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre 500 metres” sign). SAC is on the left-hand side.
By bus Take any of these buses going towards Thonburi side of the river: ปอ.16, ปอ.17, ปอ.33, 19, 40, 57, 123, 124, 125, 127, 149, 146
